As a holiday tradition, each year Nilson Homes donates a handmade gingerbread house to be auctioned at the Northern Wasatch Home Builder’s Association. This year, Barbay in our warranty department took on the task and created this amazingly detailed “Nilson Lodge” gingerbread house.
She was inspired to make a rustic style ski lodge out of holiday treats. In order to complete her vision, she used candy canes, cocoa balls, cookies, crackers, marshmellow puff, and of course, lots and lots of frosting. The gingerbread house won best of show and raised $200.00 for the Have A Heart Home.
