Have A Heart Home

In 2007, Nilson Homes partnered with Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association, Ogden City, All Home, and the Weber/North Davis Association of Realtors to build the Have A Heart Home. The home would be built for a special needs family that would buy it at a substantially discounted price. Many materials and hours of hard work would be donated to make this home possible and bring happiness to a deserving family.

With help from Mayor Matthew Godfrey, keys to the home were handed over to the new owners in early 2008. Later in July of 2008, the Nilson Homes crew showed up in full force to lay sod for the home.

Nearly every Nilson Homes employee was there, including owner, Bruce Nilson. The job was completed in record time due to the team work and helping hands of Nilson Homes.

The owners of the Have a Heart home commented on the attention to detail and quality of their new home that was built by Nilson Homes, and now they can enjoy a beautifully green lawn all summer long.
